I too feel weary of discussing their choir with my current school. I know I promised myself I'll try to be more substantial; however the urgency to be light and bubbly and jologs again has escalated that I need to share it kahit dito lang. (Ok, that probably came out condescendingly funny but whatebs!)

Pinoy Big Brother
PBB proved that puppy and kitty-cute face has the right to stay within public interest. Otherwise, they will but naturally fall out of the game of survival of the fittest - attesting to corollary law of instant fame: disposable stardom.
This is also where the irony lies. The thousands who dream of worming their way into media's spotlight are seemingly blinded by the promise and not the consequence. Yes, the spotlight may find its way into existence of the chosen few, but how long will last? How many of them proudly pour their hearts out about stories of dysfunctional lives and poverty, perform for the voyeuristic masses to win sympathy and hopefully admiration as investment to achieve stardom? And how many of them eventually find out that they are back to where they started when all the hoopla is over? Having tasted the intoxicating sound of applause, the return to the real world possesses all the subtleties of a plane crash.
PBB shows were meant to be social experiments feeding on the insatiable curiosity of the ordinary about the equally ordinary. But out here, they have turned into nothing more but searches for the newest faces to crowd the television screen. And there is an entirely different reality behind that.

Yes, I still haven't forgotten about blogging, hehe! :p
Lunch with bea
Wow... Haven’t blogged in such a long time... Ok. So basically it's summer and like most of the people here on earth, I’ve been doing a lot of stuff to be more productive. Bea, my friend, was on the google and we talked this morning and our conversation goes like this:
ME: genius kse yun
B: I don't remember having an issue with anyone on LIVEJOURNAL, ate
ME: me too
B: hehehe. i don't believe that t1moune don't have issues anymore with the educ.girl
ME: that's none of our business. But I don't stalk people for more than 5 years then go stalking their friends if they don't get what they want. I knew it from the start, hehehe….you see they need to let go of things as what jemgrace said.
B: chillin' somewhere else (I’m away from the computer. I'll get back to you later.)
Me: hahahaha. What else do you know about those issues?
B: huh? Well, I was asking for the last details why you can’t give me the last info. ?
Me: hahahahahaha. oh, I didn't say anything about them, ayaw ko ng gulo.Wala akong ibang hangad kundi peace on earth.
B: kanta naming yan. I just find it amazing how they did that.
ME: oh no.so nakita MO NA un ? yikes. Hehehe.
B: anyway, coz we really hAVE common friends...YOU know Sali ka na kse
Me: pero you & Father were able to establish that connection.... so that's weird
don't you think that's weird? Oh, don't pass the ball to me. I didn't do any enlightening. You just gave all these info and i asked questions. i didn't confirm anything. You know that. But thanks!
B: you were mentioning people i know. and hindi naman ako busy so i accomodated those incidents and responded to them. fair enough? eh? Kya si Kenneth natatawa lalo na last year ang plastic.Even you mentioned to nblog I liked your hair so how do you manage iT?
Me: promise civil lang ako.choir workshop un. Nyarks. Hahahahahahaha.sabi nga ni fr.ben who cares? i appreciate that. You know that carlo said to me: hope you can get hold of our other cds as well and watch our concert. I replied said: oh that’s nice but I have your songs at my I pod that’s enough.un etc…..
B: ATE ganito na lang total the bf of yours connected sa kanila,mag-member kana sa amin anyway gtg,see yah
Me: luka-luka ayaw ko that’s my decision.kahit na sa inyo ako, magugulo pa rin nila ako, basta magulo open palm yun na.

In the past…
So someone who is unhappy with their surroundings might find it easier to retreat in the past. Indeed, there are many reasons why the past is so important to many senior citizens. Elderly people are often marginalized in life as actively as young people. If older people are fully valued and taken seriously, then they go about their lives and the present day much more positively.
Memories and old stories are not necessarily bad. Many young people begin to take account of their lives as they get old, and that dredges up a lot of memories. Instead of living silently in the past, older people should seek contact with the younger generation. Psychologist and gerontologist recommend that the middle-aged people should be sure to maintain contacts and keep their spirits up. That can means games, dancing, sports or advanced crossword puzzles. Old people should read a newspaper, watch the news, and make dates and then discuss it all. But the old stories should not be lost under any circumstances. Young people should ask older people to write down their experiences and impressions. After all telling stories from old times is not just an expression of boredom or dissatisfaction. Many interesting memories are nice and above all, interest the great grandchildren.
